What is Poptropica?

    Become an explorer! Poptropica is a role-playing adventure game available on iOS and Android devices. It was created by the developers of StoryArc Media and released in 2007 to computers and to this day, continues to receive updates and welcome new players.


What to expect:

    In the world of Poptropica, there is so much to see and do. Begin by creating your customized character and giving them a unique name. From there, your journey of exploration starts and you will be able to travel to many different islands by hopping in your personal yellow hot air balloon. Each island has mysteries that need to be solved and their difficulty can go from easy to hard. If you find yourself stuck, the Poptropica Help Blog's island walkthroughs can help guide you. Collect clues around the islands by going into buildings and talking with NPCs. You will also have the chance to unlock outfits and accessories your character can use to spice up your wardrobe. Gear and other items can also be purchased from the main menu shop. Successfully solving mysteries at 100% progress rewards you with a special medallion for each island that shows which ones you have completed. 

    Why explore alone when you can explore with others? Try out the arcade mode in the main menu screen where you can hang out with other players from around the world, play games, and add them to your friends list. Become an explorer and channel your inner detective in Poptropica!
