What is Tides?

    Ride the tide and fish. Tides is a fishing simulation game available on iOS and Android devices. It was created by the developers of Shallot Games and was released in 2022. 

    

What to expect:

    In Tides, the game begins with your character on a starter island. On this starter island, you can build tiki totems, seven in total, which unlocks one new island each time one is built. Visit each island using a wooden raft, sailing the tide. In the waters, a large variety of fish can be found which are separated into four different categories of rarity such as common, highlighted in white, uncommon, highlighted in green, rare, highlighted in blue, and epic, highlighted in purple. Fish can be small, medium, large, or extra large and be worth different values. Just cast your reel into the water using the fishing rod button at the bottom of the screen and wait for a nearby fish to latch on.     Chests can also be found floating on top of the water when sailing. There are only two types of chests you can collect; coin chests which give coins and boat chests which unlocks new boats.
